No time for lunch break today so I had to work while eating. Chose to have a bowl of Jjajang(pronounced; Ja' Jang) Noodles. Jjajang is a black bean sauce that I came to love during my tour in Korea. The sauce can go with just about any Korean food. I absolutely love it. It coming with this Ramen was right up my alley. I can't ever finish the entire bowl due to the thickness of the noodles. One of the many things I'm grateful for during my time in the Military was the exposure to different cultures. I'll revisit Korea again. Going to Japan first. I encourage all who read this entry to explore other cultures by any means that you are comfortable, just know there may be a level of discomfort in the beginning. Pretty much like anything else you would learn for the first time, it has its difficulties and learning curbs until you become familiar. To experience and learn things other than your own culture, enable you to be Cultured. #thatsurthurty
