Over the past year I've been more adamant of my organ health which is the basis for the rest of the body, internally and externally.
For a person who didn't eat vegetable's that often, I love drinking them in their pure state of the juice, no additives. With juicing I get the full effects and benefits of everything they have to offer.
Green and Yellow are my favorite as they both have similar benefits in addition to their own individual support of the body's organs.
Green is best known for its benefits of brain health, Yellow, for it's benefits of the eyes and skin. They both work together with their other benefits and they taste pretty good as well.
