Some believe Christmas Day to be Christs' birthday, and we should give gifts of appreciation of love as told the Wise Men did. Others believe that Santa Claus will drop gifts in their chimney if they've been 'good' throughout the year.
There are other groups of people who are; neutral, groups of people who could care less and just anticipate the time off work, and even more groups of people who are either Historians, Scientist, Theologians, etc,. who will debate doctrine, documentation, and so on.
There are even more debates than that, so I'll encourage you to call a truce on what you do and don't believe, and take this time of year to just be at peace. Dismiss and remove anyone and thing not associated to peace.
Enjoy the calm and somberness of it all whether you are spending time with family and friends, or alone. If you're giving and exchanging gifts, attending parties, or sharing in a great feasted meal, please.....I encourage you to just be at peace. #thatsurthurty
