We all have an expiration date whether we want to talk about it or not. There's no getting around it, so we should all be responsible to have a Will and Living Will in place. Please research the difference between the two.
Even with a Living Will, and/or Will in place, there may be someone or even some people who will contest it. And as we all know, there will be that one relative, or, family member.....maybe even someone out of the blue who will try and stake claim to something they know does not belong to them.
Regardless if this is done or not, there is a possibility of infighting, attempting to steal, etc., so it's best to have it in place for legal reasons and protection of the one to take care of matters when you are no longer here. #thatsurthurty
